Function 

Gibberellins Acid (GA3) is a kind of broad spectrum low toxicity plant grow regulator, it existed ubiquitous in plant as five of inner element.

u  Promote cell division and growth.

Gibberellic acid can induce the birth and activity of expansion, increase the activity of XET, promote the microtubules and cell long axis are arranged vertically, accelerate the increase of cell amount, make the extend cell division and growth. 

u  Break the dormancy of seed, increase the activity of seed and rate of germination.

Gibberellic acid can play the function through two ways of promote seed germination: one is promoting embryo production, GA is the necessary condition for copy of DNA; second substantial production and can improve the hydrolysis of endosperm cell wall hydrolysis enzyme activity. During the graminoid plant seed germination, aleurone layer of cells can be induced by GA in the alpha amylase, protease and nuclease enzyme synthesis, it can offer the energy and base fertilizer for seed germination.

u  Accelerate the flower bud differentiation, affect flower bloom, reduce the fallen of flower and fruits.

Gibberellic acid is a kind of flower bloom signal molecule. Spray the GA can promote the plant bloom in day in the low temperature, GA3 promote the flower bloom through GA and DNA. Gibberrellic acid can promote cells, fructan, and starch hydrolysis of sucrose into glucose and fructose, provide the energy needed to grow through breath. Improve the plasticity of the cell wall and reduce cell water potential, indirect play the role of hydrophobic flower thinning. GA can promote the auxin content increase, the high level auxin lead to the birth of Ethephon, speed up the senile of flower, then play the function of fruit thinning.

Applications for Crops 

1. Single use: GA3 can be made DCECDP etc, spray dosage is 30-50 mg/L, and is used to break seed dormancy, Improve vegetative growth and fruit bearing, relieve senescence and keep fresh.

2. Compound with other regulators: GA3 can be compounded with auxin and phytokinin to promote fruit bearing and increase yieldquality.

Attention

Gibberellic Acid is easily decomposed in alkali, so please do not compound with alkali. GAwater soluber formulation can not be stored for long, in case of losing activity. Please use strictky follow the recommend dosage to avoid side effect. When use to promote fruit setting, the water and fertilizer should be adequate. If compound with some kind of plant control regulator, the effect would be better. The field that use gibberellic acid which numbers of infertile seeds increase should not apply GA. The safe inerval is 15 days. Please apply at most 3 times every crop season.

Storage 

Ø  Please store at cool and dry place, without exposing at strong sunshine and extra humid place.

Ø  It is forbidden to transport and store together with foodstaff, seeds and other fertilizers.

Ø  Avoid touching with children and livestock.
